Charger SE 3.6L

I'm not sure if it was related to another problem that occurred at the same time (both my ASB & TRACTION light stayed on), but I noticed a few weeks later, when I tried to put the car in "cruise control', it didn't work?

Took it down to the dealer, & he fixed it, saying he had to upgrade the software? But the paper work said only "reprogram" the PCM module (PowerTrain Control module). There's a difference between upgrade & reprogram? Not sure what there meant, but oh well..it works now!
