Charger 4 Door Sedan

  • Automatic transmission
  • 114,924 miles

Dodge Charger has too many defects - steering, bouncing while driving. I got tires checked, got them balanced and rotated tires but it's still a problem. The interior is coming off dashboard, top sides of doors, paint on hood, and doors don't lock due to the peeling of the cover. Etc., etc., what else is there to happen? Never has that happen to us with the other brand car and truck, especially the new ones (not the used).

Charger SXT 3.6L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 2,501 miles

I brought the car in for service as it was pulling hard to the right. Since that time, the car now has 14,000 miles, the car has had 5 four wheel alignments and the problem remains. The service department has rotated the tires, swapped sides, tried every tire configuration. The service department took my wheels and tires off the car and replaced them with a brand new cars wheels and tires and still had the same problem. My wheels and tires were of course put back onto my car.

The car was taken to Goodyear tire to verify there were no problems with the tires (now really clever as the car responded the same way with other wheels and tires.) The service department says it is "drift" and the car does not pull. The service department says it is due to road conditions so I have driven my car on new pavement to verify that issue still exists and it still exists. The car has become very difficult to drive at highway speeds and requires more and more effort to maintain control. With every four wheel alignment, the left rear wheel consistently shows having some issue. I don't think it has anything to do with the alignment but rather the axle, rear-end, or even the frame may be warped somehow.

This issue has not been repaired and makes driving a headache rather then a pleasure.
