The contact owns a 2015 Dodge Charger. The contact stated that while the vehicle was in a stand still, it was noticed that the driver and passenger side doors panels were separated from vehicle. The contact also mentioned that on a different occasion, the vehicle console started to separated from vehicle. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer (whitten brothers Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of midlothian located at 10701 midlothian turnpike, richmond, va 23235) where it was diagnosed that a whole new console and new driver and passenger door panels were needed. The vehicle had not been repaired as of yet. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and opened a case but was recently closed. The failure mileage was approximately 60,000.

Door panels at top of door where the locks are is coming unglued, and also on the side of the gear shift. This started happening not long after my warranty expired.it looks awful.

At 38,000 miles the right front door panel separated and curled up by the window. This has gotten worse over time. The dealership stated that it's common as they see it all the time with Charger, it will cost $950 to fix as even though it's common they won't cover it under warranty.
