The contact owns a 2016 Dodge Charger. While attempting to switch from the brake pedal to the accelerator pedal, the steering column undercarriage trapped the contact's foot on two separate occasions. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 1,950.
