Dakota V8

  • Automatic transmission
  • 45,000 miles

This has happened twice on the Driver's side window. The part costs $60 on Amazon but the dealerships charge $275 for it. There are complaints for this issue all over the internet. Multiple You-tube videos out there to show you how to fix it yourself. And yet...Dodge refuses to admit that there is an issue.

Dakota V6

Driving home, then BANG!!!! Felt like something hit my drivers door! I looked, no bleeding, was not shot!!! Then all of sudden, like magic! My window was going down by itself? So the clip, or cable snapped on this thing! Was told the whole regulator needs to be replaced? So I did like any other cheap ass would! Raised the windo, install a metal wedge to keep the window up, and JB weld it! THERE! Problem fixed! Never had a truck that feels so cheap!
