Dakota SXT 3.7L

Within 3 months, two of the window actuators went out on the truck. I had already replaced a third that was not functional when I purchased the truck. That's 3 out of 4 windows that failed.

the window just fell in the regulator just brakes for no reason

this first happen i had just went through a bad break up. i had another car so i only drive the 2004 dodge to go out. i was at work when my brother called me and asked why the window to my truck was left open and it was going to rain. i came home and saw the window in the downwards like it was roll down. i examine it to see if the window was broken and it was not.i put the keys in the ignition and the window motor was going but the windows did not roll up. that is when i took the truck to the dealer and they told me the window regulator had broke. when i ask for a reason they said it was none. it was covered under warranty but i had to pay 105 dollars out off pocket for a copay. it happened again in 2008 and then in 2011 and the most resent was 2015 june and june of 2016. i have to pay out off pocket for something that only the dealer stocks and it is no cost off my own. i even went seeking answers from other shops and i was told that the regulator that is use on the 2004 dodge dakota like mine are faulty and should be recall. i aalso has to replace the wire harness for my aircondition blower 3 times since i own the truck. this was 300 hundred dollars and it was not cover under warranty this was a 900 dollar charge out of pocket. i love the truck but i cant keep paying out off pocket thanks for all your understanding and complete support

Last year, my driver's side window just fell down and then shattered when I closed it not knowing it slid down unexpectedly. So the power window went out and had it fixed and replaced. Then last week, my passenger window did the same thing and just fell as the power window went out again. I'm hopefully getting that fixed and replaced this week. Thankfully, it wasn't raining or cold weather. Who knows when my 2 other power windows will go out and hopefully not on a long vacation trip. Very dangerous! Theft inevitable, too! CHRYSLER SHOULD BE PAYING FOR THIS! Ridiculous! Major lawsuits predicted soon if Chrysler doesn't do something about it!

The front passenger window motor broke. I've tried numerous times to get in touch with someone at Dodge, to let me know what part I need to get, but all they keep telling me, is that I need to get a repair manual. WTF?!?!?!?
