paint coming off back bumper area paint coming off back bumper area

So I noticed that I have some sort of paint issue on my back bumper on both sides same spot were there is no way a rock could of been the culprit there are deep gashes were there is no paint at all like what on earth is going on? I only drive to work, gym, and run errands I have barely used my trunk. I am gonna take my car to the dealership soon because of my hectic schedule for work this is so inconvenient. We will see what happens so far the customer service is horrible at the dealership I bought my car from. I'm so fed up wish I never purchased the car.
