The contact received a notice for manufacturer campaign number: V50 (reprogram PCM). The vehicle was taken to elmwood Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (located at 625 taunton ave, East providence, ri 02914, (401) 438-0400), but the power train control module was unable to be reprogrammed due to the data link connector failure. The manufacturer was informed of the failure. The failure mileage was 65,000.
