Turn on my ac/heater. It won't come on. Then your driving down the street smell something burning and all of a sudden your damn air comes on in 100 Degree heat outside!! Then when it comes on you have it on HIGH and it goes from high to off, high air to very low air, back to high air, back to off. I was told by Everett GMC to make appointment to have it dropped off. But I need money to pay for it. And they have had a lot of ac problems at there Everett Chrysler-Dodge -Jeep In Springfield, Arkansas where I bought it. It drags your car down!!!!

Hottest day of the year, driving a long distance, a/c quit working. Lovely.

Brand new leased vehicle. These issues should not be happening. Again, wasted trip to dealership because they could not find anything wrong. We will see if it happens again next summer.

Again, adding mileage to an already low mileage lease contract. Not happy. I hate the Russ Darrow Dealership in the Madison and West Bend, WI areas. Don't shop there.

1ST TRIP INTO DEALERSHIP I STATED CAR WAS STALLING IN ACCELERATION, AND THE AC WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. (I MEAN, WE DO LIVE IN FLORIDA!) THIS ENDED IN" WE HAVE TO ORDER PART". CALLED THEM 3 WEEKS LATER - "OH YEAH, WE HAVE PART - BRING IT IN NEXT WEEK".

2ND VISIT TO DEALERSHIP, THEY PUT NEW PART IN, DID TEST & STILL WILL NOT WORK. IMPLAUSIBLE DATA RECEIVED FROM BCM "REPLACE HVAC MODULE AS PER DTC DIAGNOSTIC STEP TWO, ANSWER NO. REPLACE & PROGRAM THE MODULE THAT SET THIS DTC IN ACCORDANCE TO TE SERVICE INFORMATION. PERFORM ITS RESPECTIVE VERIFICATION TEST".

THIS REPAIR IS TO BE CONTINUED WHEN WE ARE "CONTACTED BY A MEMBER IN OUR FIELD ORGANIZATION FOR FURTHER ASSISTANCE" AS PER STARE LINE. HAD OUR VEHICLE FOR A WEEK & WE STILL DO NOT HAVE AN ANSWER, SOLUTION OR FIX !
