I took my car in because I started hearing a bad road noise from my back tires, I took it to Firestone and they notified me my tires were bad that I needed new tires , I said there's no way the car is barely a year old! They notified me the alignment has been out for some time that it can happen when a new vehicle is being delivered. I took it to the dealer and they put it on their machine and did say it was a little but out of alignment, the tires were tore up a little bit. Yet nothing else was done . I again tried to trade the car back in , but I'm sure they don't want stuck with the issues and ya now it does have mileage on it. I love dodge but I think unfortunately I will be looking for another brand to go with that tries to take care of their customer.
