With regard to the rear seat belts. It is my understanding that as of 2000 all vehicles seat belts must be able to be used without the "H clip" when securing a child safety seat. On my Durango I can not figure out how the seat belt works without the use of the "H clip". I even had an engineer friend of mine who works with GM safety restrants systems take a look at it and he could not figure it out either. I am looking for some help as well as how this vehicle passed the inspection. Thank you!!!
