While driving in inclement weather, the windshield wipers failed intermittently. This caused poor visibility. The driver was able to maintain control of the vehicle, and drove the vehicle home. Recall#04V216000. The windshield wipers did no operate correctly when in the intermittent setting.

Consumer turned on windshield wipers and they did not repond. Also everything concerning windshield wipers did not work. He had to turn truck off and turn it back on again to get windshield wipers to work.
