Oh you’re going to love this one folks.

First of all, I like my 2011 Dodge Durango however there is systemic issue with the Navigation Head Unit (RHB). My IPOD which is a Generation 4 (Brand New) FAILS to play music because the Software that pushes this IPOD is not written correctly for ALL Generation IPODS. Dodge has a RELEASED FIX for this issue and you have to take your vehicle in to get the Head Unit "FLASHED". Problem is, is that the "Software Fix" is still WRONG! IPOD fails to play music even after the fix has been applied. We have FLASHED the Head Unit twice.

Here's the real the problem thought... Dodge of Smokey Point Wa. State refuses to assist in resolution, to include refusing to trouble shoot the issue with Chrysler Senior Regional/Reps. and walked away from the issue. Owner of the Dealership states "All we need is one sale...we don't care about returning consumers or your/their loyalty!"

I was shocked, and simply have no words in response.

PS: Apparently, Chrysler Automotive has created this issue by treating their Dealers Like Crap. Dodge Dealer at Smokey Point no longer takes communications from Chrysler Reps as apparently; Chrysler Reps don't know their asses from a hole in the ground. This has been my experience as well through my direct communications with Chysler Corporate.

Signed, IPOD-LESS is Seattle in a $47,000 dollar truck
