Durango Citadel Awd 5.7L Hemi

While making a phone call with hands free Bluetooth, the radio screen froze, forcing me to pull over and disconnect call with phone directly. Dealer response was that I should not upgrade my phone software as it may become incompatible with the vehicle Bluetooth system. Dealer stated that they upgraded the software to the hands free module behind the glove box (this is code for we flashed the TIPM so it works again for now). Dealer questioned about TIPM reliability and obvious suit pending against Chrysler (girardgibbs). Dealer stated that the vehicle components would tattle on each other (send fault codes) if TIPM was failing. During same conversation dealer also stated that a soft intermittent fault may not register, thus no code for TIPM failure. Dealer stated that until computer registers TIPM failure there is nothing he can do. See you in court Chrysler!
