Durango Crew Rwd 3.2L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 380 miles

The salesman clearly and enthusiastically stated that the vehicle was compatible with all iPhone's. We tried to set up the hands free connections with our iPhone and it wouldn't connect. We took the vehicle into the dealer and they stated it needed a memory chip flash. They completed the flash and it didn't correct the problem.

The dealer then stated it requires a Microsoft update, once completed it didn't work. The dealer then stated they would have to replace the Bluetooth antennae on the rear of the radio. They completed this work after 4 hours; however it didn't connect. The dealer stated that the entire entertainment system would need replacing but it wasn't covered under warranty cause technically everything works except the Bluetooth and that didn't warrant a new $1000 component. We were told we would have to pay if we wanted it fixed.
