There was a booster brake recall on 2012 Durango. I was in an accident today and could not push the brakes all the way down on the car. Dodge dealership in Lakeland, Fl states they only put foam on on the booster. The brakes did not work and now the damage is unbelievable.

After receiving a recall notice in May 2014 I called the dealership to have this problem resolved. As of today 10/2014, they still have not gotten the part in... The recall was the brake booster and from time to time it's very difficult to press down on my brakes and I'm afraid one day the brakes aren't going work at all and I will be in a tragic accident. Please give me suggestions on what I should I do at this point.
