The contact owns a 2012 Dodge Durango. The contact stated that during inclement weather conditions, the brake pedal failed to respond when depressed several times. The contact also stated that the brake pedal was extremely hard to depress when approaching a stop. The vehicle was taken to the dealer on over five occasions where the failure was unable to be replicated. The vehicle was not included in NHTSA campaign number: 14V154000 (service brakes, service brakes, hydraulic). The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was not available.
