Durango Crew Rwd 3.2L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 28 miles

From mile 10 the vehicle pulled to the left. We took it back to the dealer and they rotated the tires. This worked for 24 hours, then the vehicle started to pull left again. Back to the dealer and they re-balanced the tires, not change, then performed an alignment, no change. They offered me a ride home.

After 5 hours they called and said the vehicle was fixed. They stated they had to cross rotate the front tires. Pulled out of the lot and almost hit a vehicle as it was really pulling to the left. Took it back and dealer said I would have to leave it with them and they would get to the bottom of it. Left it over night and for the next 24 hours. Dealer called and said vehicle was fixed. Dealer stated it was a bad tread in one tire, despite having already rotated 3 tires to the front. I drove it around the block and right back into the dealer. Dealer kept it for the next 24 hours (rental car paid for by dealer). Dealer stated wheel hub was bad, replaced and I picked up the vehicle. Drove around the block and right back into dealer. They stated there was nothing else that they could do, as they exhausted all possibilities and that I would have to deal with it.

Called Dodge Corporate office and they stated there was nothing they could do, it was a service issue. Complaint #4 of 10!
