Durango Citidel V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 6,800 miles

2018 Dodge Durango with 6800 miles and 6 months old has blank connect screen that the dealer could not diagnose the problem and told me Chrysler refuses to send them a new connect radio. I have no back up camera or system controls as a result including safety features. It has been 15 days now and the dealer has not returned any phone calls for a week.

I also have contacted Chrysler directly and was told a case was opened up and i would hear from them in 24 hours. I was never contacted by Chrysler and it again has been a week since I notified them. I would recommend not to buy any Chrysler cars/trucks. The car is not safe to drive. I am sure this and similar problems will ultimately lead to fatalities. I have researched and Chrysler has been aware of problems with Uconnect radio's for at least 5 years.

Durango GT 3.6L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 4,500 miles

The U connect touch screen has twice gone completely black, the functions still work but you cant see what your touching or changing too.

The first time it was out for over 10 hours, the 2nd time 3-4 hours.

Dealer asked if we did the update on the system, but there was never a pop up notification to do so. Dealer was initially confused, but then advised they were able to do the update.

Has not occurred since! Once again just advising of all issues we have had in six months of ownership.
