Grand Caravan

  • Automatic transmission

Made a the purchase in Nov. With 37373 miles on the vehicle, major transmission failure at 46500 miles. The transmission will no longer shift out of low gear. Neither Chrysler or the dealer from which I purchased the vehicle will stand behind there product. These vehicles are known for having severe transmission problems and Chrysler claims they have fixed the issues so why is it that these vehicles continue to have these problems. A major recall for all these vehicles should be made as the consumers are continually being lied to and taken advantage of.
