Disfunctional front end height causing front bumper to grab when parking at parking bumpers, which tore loose the bumper/fender. Also makes it so that it bottoms out at normal driving conditions.

Vehicle constantly vibrates. Faster vehicle goes, the faster it vibrates. Dealer has replaced front and rear bearings/ put a 2nd set of tires/ changed struts, and realigned the vehicle to rectify problem, nothing works.
