The sliding doors sound as if they are not latched properly. The door sounds like it is sliding back and forth as we drive. If we hit a bump, the doors sound like they're going to come off. After numerous repair attempts, the Chrysler technical adviser diagnosed the problem over the phone - without laying hands on the car. The problem is not fixed.
