I see there are HUNDREDS of the same complaints - why isn't this being recalled/fixed by the manufacturer? I drive every day, watching my gauges swing back and forth, listening the annoying ding like my door is open, throughout my 45 minute one-way drive...gee, I can't WAIT to go home so I can listen to it more! Wipers coming on every few minutes for two swipes...wonder why the guy in the next car stares at me when it isn't even raining? The outside lights don't seem to be affected, but I no longer have control of the front two windows - wonder why the girl in the drive-thru looks at us funny when the 10-year-old in the back seat is paying?

We replaced the driver's window control unit last fall when this first started happening, but it is now back. I thought we could disconnect that and get another replacement, but when the garage disconnected the old one, the dinging continued!!!!! No way is it the window control. There is a ground stuck somewhere, and I think it's either in the door (driver's door?) or in the ignition switch they replaced in 2014.

Some of the Dash lights went off for no reason. Took it to repair shop, they could not find problem then a few days later it came on again. A couple months later they went off again, same problem. A third time just recently, took it to a Dodge dealership and was told there could be a unit for $1200 that might fix it, but no guarantees. We had to direct a flashlight on the dash to be able to drive home. Reading on Google it appears there are many similar complaints with the electrical on the dash, enough so there should be something Chrysler can do about it. What can you do for me?
