Grand Caravan

  • Automatic transmission
  • 25,000 miles

Car has been a continual problem since purchase: alternator has gone out twice; a/c has gone out 2x and after the 3rd battery replacement with less than 24,000 miles I am giving up - dealership keeps offering extended warranty for a significant sum - this is the first (and last dodge) I will ever buy - Chevy and Ford have been great but now looking for a minivan - will probably buy foreign make

Grand Caravan 3.6L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 70,836 miles

Booked an appointment and had other issues. They kept it a week, fixed other issues, did not even look at the a/c. Had to book another appointment. It was covered under the extended warranty but I still had to pay $100.00 deductable and the cost of the freeon, which was $60 plus.

Grand Caravan EX

  • Automatic transmission
  • 40,389 miles

It first started the 2nd year we had the van just the back vents would blow only hot air no matter what the setting then this year only the driver can get AC we have other friends who bought 2015 had the same problem but theirs was still under warranty. why cant Chrysler stand by their products and keep the customers happy this is ridiculous I will ask complete strangers who I see driving a Dodge grand caravan if they have the same problem and they say yes but out of warranty and cant afford to fix it.

It is a simple but expensive fix and since only the 2 front windows in van go down all the passengers boil to death because they get no air back

PLEASE PLEASE HELP US
