Was dead cold winter, heater on driver side completely not working, blowing cold air only, passenger side had heat.

At this time I didn't not google to see that this is a rampant issue with Chrysler vehicles.

Started having issues with the heater, would start the van 30 minutes before leaving during winter time and it would not defrost the windows, they told us we had to turn the temperature controls from cold to warm for it to start working correctly, what's the point having an automatic starter?

After months of fighting with the dealership they told us it was a problem with an electronic control and nothing can be done. They ended up changing the entire console which seems to have solved the issue for now....

Was driving and heat quit working, took to dealer and was told it was low on anti freeze even though the dealer had just changed my oil the week before and is supposed to check all fluids. Heat worked again but then about a month later same problem took back to dealer and they had to order part and supposedly it was fixed. Here it is the next day and same problem the car is getting hot and is leaking anti freeze. So annoying taking it back today!!! Trading this van in ASAP
