premature tire wear

At about 28000 K I brought my van into the dealer to look at my tire which was missing approximately 3 inches by 10 inches of tread.. By the way this was a Yokahama tire. I bought a new one which was around $200 installed and balanced. The old one was left for the rep from Yokahama to see he told the dealer he didn't have to see it there was no warranty on it the tire was only covered for 1 yr 10000k.. I am losing it at this time I took a picture sent it to Yokahama. TheIr response was that I damaged the tire running in to something.. These tires were almost new with no wear, for me or my wife to it something there would have to be damage to the front end...there wasn't. I argued to no avail with the Yokahama engineer who insisted we damaged the tire.

All I wanted was my tire to be paid for now with this and the other issue I will not return to my dealer . He just doesn't care about issues
