Grand Caravan Crew 3.6L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 43,496 miles

Transmission went on the mini van at 70,000 kms. Never towed anything, never was used for anything more than carrying around two kids. No arguments from Dodge, but it still took over two weeks because they didn't have a transmission guy at the dealership in Vaudreuil QC. They installed a rebuilt transmission that is still not running smoothly, and I find it burns more gas than it did before.

Grand Caravan ES

  • Automatic transmission
  • 67,000 miles

I am concerned about the ignition of our car. When we go and turn on the car and want to drive or reveres it will not let us do so instantly. We have to turn the car on and off many times before we can get the shift to work.

Grand Caravan Crew 3.6L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 5,282 miles

I purchased this van in April of 2016. after 2 weeks of owning it the transmission started shifting very hard slamming in and out of gear. brought it in told me it needed an update and when they were doing that the exterior trim was falling off the sliding doors had them fix that at the same time. Than a month after that we started getting rain i hoped in the van and noticed that the headliner got soaked!!. everything seemed fine for a month or 2 than the motor and tranny were acting up motor had very rough idle and tranny would not shift properly between 1st and 2nd when slowing down to a stop wouldnt know what gear to go in. Brought it back and contacted Chrysler direct of course nothing came of it and told me it was under warranty. Dealer told me it needed an update again. i had to get the rear wiper fix as well and the blower motor changed all withing 6 months of owning this junk van. and it has been in the dealer almost once a month for updates because i guess it forgets how to run and shift without it......not impressed i tried cantacting chrysler again with no luck. dont every by a van like this or any dodge product. Biggest joke on 4 wheels
