Recall campaign 04V021000 concerning floor shift ignition-park interlock. Consumer has a problem with getting dealer to honor this manufacturer's recall notice. Dealer is refusing to honor the recall. Dealer advised consumer to take vehicle to another dealer.

Consumer received recall campaign 04V0021000 for floor shifter ignition park interlock. Mechanic informed the driver that shifter cable was stretched, and driver was responsible for the payment of $200 to fix the problem. Driver informed the mechanic that recall repairs were not performed, and the issue had not been resolved.
