Freezing cold air coming out of the heater, feet were frozen like ice cubes. Repaired after multiple attempts to get dealer to take some responsibility. Had to purchase heater coil twice before getting the correct fix for this vehicle.

This Dodge Journey has been a nightmare every since my wife got it. Tried to get her not to buy it and now I got the headache of getting it fixed. The sad part about it is I worked for Chrysler for 30yrs, always brought Chryslers and I will say this, I will never buy anything coming out of Mexico. This Dodge Journey is the worst engineering that Chrysler has done 25 yrs. I never want to take a JOURNEY, LIKE NEVER IN LIFE. THE LEMON OF ALL TIME.

I have taken my car in several times during the winter to have this checked out. The cool air is coming from somewhere near the firewall (my guess) and blows in at my feet. In the winter time I HAVE to have the heat blowing on my feet only to stay warm but then that leaves my hands freezing. No one has been able to understand that this is a problem. Its much worse when its below 0 or the wind is blowing. This only happens on the drivers side.
