I can't get the seats to come clean. I have the warranty but no one will honor it, Dealerships in our area. I think I purchased a bogus warranty. When I purchased the car she told me all you'd ever have to do is just use soap and water and if it didn't come clean take it to the dealership and they would clean it for free and IF it didn't meet my approval then the seats would be replaced free of charge. This has not happened, each dealership I speak too thinks I speaking in a foreign language apparently.

When I bought the car in August 2010, there was a big stain in the front passenger seat where I thought someone had spilled something. The dealership finally got most of the stain out after having it detailed 3 times. Then last month one morning I went out to get in my car and put my purse in the front passenger seat and saw that it was soaking wet in the same exact places as the stain before. It had not rained the night before and the window was up. I could not find any indication of where the water/wetness came from as there was not any water on the window, the ceiling, the door, nowhere. I took it to the dealership and they told me they had never seen anything like that before, had no idea where it came from, and could not find anything wrong that could cause the problem. Now, I'm just waiting to come out and find it wet again since I don't know how to keep it from happening. Has anyone else ever had this problem?? If so, did you find out where the wetness came from and how to prevent it?

I can not believe any car manufacturer would put non stain resistant cloth in any vehicle. I wish when I purchased my 09 Journey I would have known and I would have had my seats treated. Even water stains the seats. Yes, that means even rain.
