Had part of electrical harness controlling electric window on passenger front side replaced July 2017. Electric door lock for passenger rear door ceased working. Did not notice this for several months. Electric lock for drivers front door has not worked for several months. Have been told by dealer that the units are in excess of $300.00 each and 2 hours to replace. Not worth it.

It's really annoying struggling with the five doors. Sometimes just the driver's door unlocks with the remote and the rest stay locked. Then I have to open the driver's door and press the lock/unlock button several times and sometimes the remaining doors unlock, but not always. Sometimes I have to use the remote again and then they unlock after several attempts. One day, I got a flat tire and I couldn't open the rear door. I had to got an air compressor and inflate the tire, then go to a shop to get it fixed because I couldn't use the spare tire. The temperature was 104 degress, Thank you Chrysler for that experience !!!!

Now, I want to use this vehicle on Uber/Lyft, but imagine the problem for my passengers (and myself) if I can not unlock the doors to get in the car or the rear door with their luggage inside.

This problem appeared about four years ago for the first time. I took it to the dealer because it still was under warranty. I do not know what they did but it worked (almost) fine for some time. Now it is failing again but there is no warranty to take it to the dealer.
