Journey RT 3.6L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 13,000 miles

I noticed at the beginning of the summer that my car had begun having trouble starting. I would start the engine, it would idle, and then die. I would then start it again, and it would be fine. It doesn't always occur, which sucks alot because that of course means it won't do it at the dealership. I was told that I was not smart enough to actually turn the car on all the way, and that is why it dying. I assure you, and the service dept, that I do actually know how to start a car. I have no idea what is wrong with this car, and clearly the dealer doesn't either. It has only died a few times while I was moving, but it almost always dies the first time I start it.Anyone have any ideas??
