problem #2

Journey

  • Automatic transmission
  • 62 miles

We owned the car for literally wks, the radio wouldn't shut off (for hours). We took it back. Dealer kept car for over a month (no exaggerating) and called us to pick car up. Problem NOT solved. They told us to have dodge 'deal' with it (what does that mean on a brand new car?) we took it home after being assured it was 'safe' and not four hours later, the windows wouldn't go up. Both sides. In November. We went back to dealership to return car as mileage was very low and we no longer felt comfortable driving it and we were told we would need to go to arbitration - they refused to take it back. Worst dealer EVER. Worst CAR ever. Complained to head of dodge and it got fixed but never should you have to complain to that degree.

Journey Express

  • Automatic transmission
  • 11,100 miles

Radio switched to static and blasted which caused me to veer into oncoming traffic

Heater knobs messed with the volumne of the Radio

USB will not connect

This will soon be 11 times for the same issues with an attempt to fix 8 times and Dodge/Chrysler says "We cannot recreate the problem and since we cannot recreate it you may just have to deal with it."

I can't believe this company was bailed out by Obama.
