Journey 2.4L 4 cyl

  • Automatic transmission
  • 87,613 miles

The radio stops goes out, especially in wet conditions. The fan also loses power as well. Will never buy a Dodge again. Toyota all the way!

Journey Crew 3.2L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 40,000 miles

WHEN THE RADIO WENT OUT, I NOTICED THE CRUISE CONTROL WOULD NOT TURN ON, THEN THE RADIO WOULD CYCLE AS IF IT WAS LOADING TO TURN ON, BUT THEN RESET IT SELF AND CONTINUE TO DO SO OVER, AND OVER. NOW THE RADIO DOES NOT COME ON AT ALL, AND THE LIGHTS FOR ALL THE CONTROLS AROUND THE RADIO AREA FLICKER EVERY 15 SECONDS. THE CRUISE CONTROL STILL DOES NOT TURN ON ABOVE 25mph. NOR IT SHOWS THE ICON ON THE DASH CLUSTER.

Not sure of the dates on these. The radio went out in my car....I'm not sure I had even owned it a year. It took almost 3 weeks to get a new one installed, with no apologizes etc.... I shouldn't have had to replace parts on my NEW car!
