Same issue as the others...

UConnect needed to be upgraded. I following all the instructions on the UConnect SEVERAL TIMES and it never would fully upload to the car.

When I took it to the dealership to have them do it, same thing, over an hour to upload, never worked. I left it overnight for there tec to work on and he only got it partially unstuck. On occasion I can now sink my phone and have found a workaround for locking in the radio stations.

Of course the warranty had JUST expired, so it will cost me $ to get it fixed.

Just after warranty expired. Very Convenient! I'll give the dealer props, though. They also replaced the cable at no charge, gave me a loaner for the day while the part was being ordered (they had to take apart the console to get to it.). Also knocked 15% off the bill. It every now and then has connectivity issues but it fixes when I unplug my iTouch & plug it back in.

Journey Crew 3.2L V6

I have had my 2012 Journey Crew serviced 3 times for the same issue. Next week will be the 4th time. The handsfree system is stuck. "Handsfree system updating .. please wait". The dealer has replaced the radio/computer module too. There's no error code so they cannot pinpoint the problem and I honestly don't think this thing can be fixed.

This is now the 3rd time that I have had it in for the radio control issues and now this time issues with the Bluetooth not working. They replaced some module that was suppose to take care of everything. They were able to connect to the Bluetooth and it all seemed to be working for them. I left that afternoon with it, tried to connect my phones Bluetooth would not connect and then the next morning issues again with the radio controllers on the steering wheel. I am beyond irritated with this bullshit. 3 times in for the same thing and NO FIX, so glad that we purchased an extended warranty on it. Will be taking it back and this time I will not be paying the deductible on the warranty and expect some compensation for this

Same as another person I've seen complain about it, my touch screen radio sometimes just doesn't come on. some times you start the vehicle, the screen comes on, shows the radio is on, but no sound. you touch a button and it gives what I call a failure sound. Turn the car off, and then back on and it is fine. It does this ever so often, like whenever it feels like it. Don't know what to do. I'm not paying Dodge to put in another radio, but I will mention it to them again. Funny enough, it never does it in front of 1 of their Techs!! Waits till I get it home or somewhere else. Of course, Dodge says they can't fix it if they don't see a problem.

My Uconnect didn't work along with the radio & CD would lock up or start switching tracks or stations. If I turned the steering wheel with the radio on it would change stations. I took a video of the radio going crazy and the dealer still said THEY COULD NOT DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM SO IT DIDN'T EXIST...AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

The 2nd time I took it in they said it was repaired. I sat in the parking lot and attempted to make a call on the "repaired" Uconnect and it did the exact same thing.

After the 3rd time to the dealer and after I made them rent me a car it was finally repaired.

I will never buy another US made car again. Junk! And the dealers are an embarrassment and joke. They stand there and lie to your face and expect you to just suck it up and let them rip you off. Ah...how about NO!
