Journey SXT 3.6L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 24,855 miles

WHEN I BOUGHT IT BRAND NEW BACK IN 2014, 2 MONTHS LATER I STARTED HAVING PROBLEM WITH MY DODGE JOURNEY, OCCASIONALLY SLAM INTO GEAR FROM PARK TO DRIVE LIKE IT'S GONNA FALL APART. YOU'D HEAR CLUNK AND THE CAR WOULD MOVE AND SOMETIMES IT'S VERY HARD TO MOVE THE GEAR FROM PARK TO ANY GEARS. I BROUGHT IT BACK AGAIN TO THE DEALERSHIP AND I WAS TOLD THEY CAN'T DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM, SO THEY CAN'T FIX IT. AS OF NOW APRIL 18, 2018 THE PROBLEM STILL EXISTING. I'VE BEEN SPENDING SO MUCH TIME TO THE DEALERSHIP TRYING TO GET THIS FIXED, I WONDER WHAT'S DODGE GOING TO DO WITH THIS PROBLEM?
