pulls to the side while driving

Two years ago, this same problem wore out my tires & I bought 4 new high speed Continentals from the dealer for almost $800. Just yesterday, again 2 years later, I brought in my car for the same problem, pulling to the right. Big O said it wore out the tires & I needed new ones. I don't burn rubber, I commute about 10 miles per day & I don't habitually hit curbs or speed bumps going fast so why are my tires wearing out again after only 20,000 easy miles? This particular Big O said that they have seen brand new Toyotas & Dodge Chargers prematurely wearing out tires & they think it's the manufacturer's fault. Another source suggested transport trucks cinching down the wheels as another possibility. If anyone out there has solved this problem please help before I have to buy another set of tires!!! Thanks!!!
