Nitro

  • Automatic transmission
  • 58,000 miles

I took my Nitro in for an oil change and they came back to me and said I needed Pads and Rotors in the back brakes. Everyone I talked to said this is unusual. Now my brake light keeps coming on. I am retired and on a disability and don't make that much money.

Is this a faulty brake and its something that should have been recalled.

Nitro SX 3.7L

  • Manual transmission
  • 18,700 miles

Nitro 2007 I bought this one month ago and the review of brake rotors detected they should be changed because they have a thickness of 26.4 mm and the brake pads are less than 5 mm. The vehicle has only traveled 29,000 km.

had to do a complete brake job including rotors at almost 29,000 miles and now 4,000 miles later it sounds like it is starting again. going on vacation, will get it checked when we return. dealer said this is common. have never had this kind of problem with any other car we have owned.
