I have a 2002 Dodge quad cab 1500st automobile. Sometimes when I am in the process of making a turn the vehicle loses power. This causes a loss of power stering and brakes which can cause an accident to occur. I know two other people who have 2002 Dodge 1500 trucks and they have had tthe same problem.

While driving oil gauge moved up and down. Took the vehicle to be serviced at the dealership. Consumer was told there was sludge build up on the motor. Also, it was due to improper maintenance. Consumer stated that she had every receipt where she has taken the vehicle in for regular oil changes. Consumer was concerned because she only had the vehicle for one year, and this should not be happening.

A/C "warms up in heavy traffic or at light. Blows cold while moving down highway only. I have had it to 2 different dealers and both say that Dodge put an inadequate blower/compreesor in the vehicle for its size. One dealers "'solution" is to run A/C blower on low so that the air "won't warm up so fast"
