In addition to everything else that has just recently gone wrong with my truck- (cruise control, blinkers, radio controls on the steering wheel) now the horn doesn't work. How else can I make my anger known to all of the stupid drivers that I encounter on the roadways- my high beams don't do much in the daytime.

Besides being a pain in the a$$, it is a safety hazard.

I have checked all the fuses and relays that I could and I know the horns themselves are getting power, there is a problem with the steering wheel control(s)- could it be the Multi-function switch?

I asked the Service Dept Rep at a Dodge dealer here on Staten Island, N.Y., but I was told "I don't know that much about it and I don't have anyone here that does and we're swamped here in the shop". Well thanks for nothing.

I realize that a dealership has to make money and they are not in the business of giving away "free information", that's why they charge $140.00 for a simple diagnostic check and then add on the other things that they may or may not (make-up) find.
