problem #2

Mar 022015

Ram 1500 SLT 5.7L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 122,223 miles

I got to noticing ripples in the bumper, crawled underneath and it looked like a rusted bucket. The rust has eaten through the chrome and running rust streaks down the bumper. I feel like putting a large advertising sign on this heap of rusted metal and driving it everywhere showing folks what Dodges are good for. Their new sales slogan should be " Dodge, build RUST tough"

problem #1

Dec 212007

Ram 1500 SLT 4.7L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 500 miles

Within the first 500 miles rust started to show on the rear bumper of this new truck. The dealer told me it was the result of transportation in the winter with salt on the roads. I said you mean they don't make them good enough to survive transportation?

They had no answer. This was just the start of a long line of problems with this lemon.
