The EGR valve has caused engine stuble & dies since purchased in cool weather. The valve was finally replaced 2 years ago after the idiot mechanics finally got a code from the valve. Since new these valves are defective in cold waether. The second new one does the same thing. Clicks away & causes engine stumble & sometimes leaves you stranded in an intersection if not warmed up properly or the day is cold!!!!! Took a hair dryer out this morning & warmed up the EGR valve!!!!! DUUUUUU Dodge come clean you have defective EGR valves you idiots. Change the design OHHHH might cost money???? You probably caused several accidents & youre going to cause more!!!!!!! DO it now before somebody gets into another accident. You say you have the most reliable trucks??????? Just come clean on this defective monster & maybe all the other front end brake, supension on all the Hemi 4X4s. No wonder you can sell them at $25,000 they arent worth $25 until you fix the major troubles!!!!
The service mangers at all dealers know the troubles sort of but Dodge must be telling them to shut up or loose your job! The same holds true for mechanics. The service manager at Metro told me never to bring the truck back for service there (John). I guess not they loose a fortune on warranty & they know the trucks & the 300C are JUNK & half the time the mechanics cant figure out what is wrong with these things. They are starting to figure it out because they have had soooo many of the same troubles. Nice looking truck & when the engine goes she goes but is it worth it if you die inthe thing because a tie rod end breaks or the brakes fail .....C`mon Dodge NOWWWWWW.

well i had my truck plugged in and its very hard to start below -40C (-40F) the other day it actually didn't even start. had to put a heater under and warm it up before. its a new truck i would have thought i didn't need to do that with a new truck.
