One tire failed due to a side wall blister and the other failed from driving over rough stones. Neither should have happened on a truck tire. Tire size space would not recieve all numbers. They are ap P245/75R 16 M+S.

PE00 020; consumer was traveling about 60mph on highway, and heard air coming from tires. Then, vehicle started to swing from left to right. He was able to pull over to the right. Right front sidewall was sliced. A big hole was inside sidewall, this happened on Thursday. Tires were Firestone wilderness, P26570R16. Then, on the 7/29/00 left front tire exploded while vehicle was parked on the curb. Tire were brand new. Dot #V672 WL2, all tires had less than 3000 miles on them and both failures experienced sidewall separation.
