The contact owns a 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 quad St.(na) the contact stated both turn signals will not operate properly. When the left turn signal was turned on, the right signal will turn on instead. The dealer was not contacted. The manufacturer was contacted and a claim was filed but the manufacturer offered no further assistance. The failure mileage was 160,000.
