Ram 2500 Power Wagon Wagon 5.7L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 48,964 miles

The truck would not shift into drive when it was started. I knew it was something with the transmission. This truck has been babied and never used for what this truck was designed. We brought it to a dodge dealer where he confirmed we needed a transmission. He called and they said the warranty was over and to bad so sad but there is nothing we can do except pay for the work which is close to $4000.

The truck was a retirement gift over $50,000 and just broken in and never did any strenuous work to the transmission or the truck.

I would have thought they would want to see the transmission to see why it would do this but they do not seem interested and goes back to there policy. What ever happened to customer relations? They do not care how there automobiles act or feedback from customers after the truck is bought.
