Stratus EX

  • 24,000 miles

at 12000 miles noticed that when braking the steering wheel would shake and shimy... had the rotors turned down and was told by quite a few repair places that "cheap" rotors are common on the Stratus. anyway had to have the rotors, brake pads and shoes replaced at 24,000 miles..... that is only the beginning..... now mind you i had good rotors put on and guess what?..... now at 35000 miles the shake and shimy are back...... took it back in and guess what i was told... the rotors are warping again and starting to ruin another pair of pads & shoes..... had to have the "new" rotors turned down already.......... of course Chrysler says there is nothing wrong with the Stratus braking system........ i say bulls#@^ !!!

anyone else have the same problem???
