Contour GL 2.0L

had no issue with my blinkers forever... came out of the blue. change the bulbs and the component the bulb goes in and it worked for awhile and started up again. Mechanics find it weird that when my lights are on at night the light works and blinker flashes fast but when i brake the tail light doesn't work completely... therefore they suggested re wiring the light.
