Valve stem failure the stems were cracked on all 4 tires my husband had a blowout and 7 days later he had a flat which is when we seen the cracks. The manager of tire kingdom knew of problem with TR413 lot but was not aware of the recall which we found out on the internet. He is going to replace the last 2 stem valves tomorrow 7/26 and we are going to keep the old ones. He will not reimburse for the blowout tire. We bought the tires new 5/29/07 from them.
