While traveling on highway another vehicle made a sudden stop in front of consumer's vehicle. Consumer applied brakes, and brakes locked up pulling vehicle to the left of highway.

While driving about 45 mph consumer applied brakes to slow down, and vehicle pulled to the right. Following that consumer was not able to make a left turn, vehicle would only go straight and to right. Took vehicle to dealer, who replaced front brake pads and grounded down front rotors. Since then, every time consumer applied brake brakes squealed loudly. Back to dealer 5 times, cannot remedy squealing, dealer told consumer this squealing when applying brakes was normal for a econoline van.
