Rotors can warp when they are hot then cool fast. So driving in Florida they get hot then hit a puddle. After seeing complaints of it happening again after a fix with original parts, I ordered these from Amazon:

Approved Performance F19001 Front & Rear Performance Drilled and Slotted Brake Rotors with Ceramic Brake Pads Fits F150. Models With Manual (Mechanical) Parking Brake only. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01N23GBXQ/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I have not had a problem since.
